PROCESSING TIMES

In keeping with our eco-friendly brand ethos all our products are dispatched to you in recycled/recyclable/biodegradable/compostable packets and boxes via Royal Mail and within 2 - 3 business days of receipt of payment. 

You will receive an email notification with any updates. At busier periods there may be a small delay but we will contact you if this is going to be the case. 

DELIVERY TIMES

During checkout, you will be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).

UK

1st Class: 1 - 2 business days

2nd Class - 2 - 4 business days

Some customers may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than usual service standards. This is due to the necessary coronavirus-related measures Royal Mail have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep people and customers safe.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD AND TRACKED

Delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19, especially at the borders and also for signature services during delivery to maintain social distancing. Brexit legislation is also known to be causing difficulties and delays within the EU.

Once despatched the estimated delivery times according to the Royal Mail website are: 

EU/Rest of Europe - Once dispatched it can take approximately 4 - 8 business days for your package to arrive via Royal Mail Standard International. *

North America,  Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: - Once dispatched it can take approximately 7 - 12 business days for your package to arrive via Royal Mail Standard International.*

Please note some international orders are taking up to 6 weeks to arrive, especially in parts of Canada, USA and Australia. We advise customers to select the 'international tracked' delivery option if you think you will require further information during transit. If you have any concerns about your parcel once in transit please do keep us informed of any delays.

INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY (EXCLUDING EU/REST OF EUROPE)

The estimated delivery times according to the Royal Mail website are: 

Once dispatched it can take approximately 6 - 12 weeks for your package to arrive via the Royal Mail International Economy service.*

* Note these are approximate time scales and once a package has been dispatched from our local post office we have no control over its progress and no guarantee it will arrive within the estimated times given. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs

CUSTOMS FEES AND IMPORT DUTIES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot replace or refund orders that are not collected due to unpaid taxes.
