Processing time
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment. At busier periods there may be a small delay but we will contact you if this is going to be the case.

Once despatched the estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom: 1 - 4 business days
North America: 7-12 business days
Europe: 4-8 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-12 business days
Asia Pacific: 7-12 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 7-12 business days


We will do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Please select the tracked shipping option if you are overseas and wish to track your delivery and sign for it.
Do not hestitate to contact us if once in transit you have any concerns about delays.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Returns & exchanges
If you change your mind or simply feel that the goods don't meet your requirements we gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 21 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom orders.

Conditions of return
Unless goods arrive damaged or defective buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
